DOI Section 508 Support Services

FWI was awarded the United States Department of the Interior’s Section 508 Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that ensures information and communication technology adheres to the revised 508 standards. The following services are provided under this BPA:

  • Document Remediation: Ensuring digital documents meet accessibility requirements.
  • Captioning: Adding captions to videos and multimedia content.
  • Audio Description: Providing descriptions for visual content in audio format.
  • Sign Language Interpretation: Offering American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation.
  • Section 508 Testing and Training: Assessing and training on accessibility compliance.
  • Project Management Support Services: Assisting with project coordination.
